Japanese Mexican Recipes – The new Fusion Trend

You might not think that Mexican food recipes and the Japanese also have much in common, but it is amazing how well the two kitchens can be combined. Asian fusion Mexican cuisine has recently become that popular, partly in Mexico and the United States and Europe.

There are various myths about both Mexican food recipes and Japanese cuisine. For example, many people believe that Japanese cuisine is nothing more than raw fish. In fact, beef, chicken, tofu, and other proteins are widely used in food.

People may think that it was the field of food typical of Mexico chilies, tortillas and cheese, but that's not true. Mexican food can be spicy or mild. Cheese is a component in some food, but not necessarily all, tortillas and popular, but not universal, and certainly not suitable for every recipe.

Fusion Food Ideas

If you like sushi rolls, how about trying a Mexican-style sushi rolls ? Imagine frozen salmon or tuna, corn, avocado and queso fresco (queso blanco or) instead of packaged hierba Santa (Mexico herb that tastes like anise), seaweed or chocolate, ginger and wasabi sauce. Chocolate and chocolate chili wonderful wasabi just as good.

You can combine ingredients like coconut milk, coriander, pineapple or mango and chilli, mint, green apple and pickled fish that exciting appetizers or entrees. Vegetarians can enjoy tofu or vegetable dishes and meat lovers can enjoy yakitori and teriyaki beef salad served in a Mexican side.

How to Make Fusion Fish Taco

The Guacamole:

  • Juice 1 lime
  • 2 halved, pitted, peeled avocado
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 minced, de-seeded jalapeno
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 chopped tomatoes
  • five leaves each of basil, mint
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Mix combine all the ingredients except the guacamole tomatoes, salt and pepper together until everything is well combined, and we are satisfied with the texture. You can make it chunky or smooth. Stir in the tomatoes and add salt and pepper to taste. Add some hot pepper, if you like.

If you keep your avocado pit one you can put the dish, guacamole; It keeps it fresh. Make guacamole, fish tacos before, then chill until needed.

The taco

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tortillas
  • salt and pepper, to taste

can use any fish for that. Cod or red snapper is fine if you do not have tilapia. Cut the fish fillets into strips one inch and put them in a plastic bag of spices.

Enter the bag a good shake until the fish is coated. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish for a minute or until it happens. Arrange the fish in a hot tortilla guacamole. You can add other seasonings you like a taco.
